Forenom's capacity will be doubled in Sweden in 2017. Forenom currently has a footing in Stockholm, the Östergötland region and, through the company's project accommodation, throughout Sweden. The company aims to increase its market share substantially and to open new offices and accommodations in the capital city region as well as in smaller localities this year.

“At this very moment, we are negotiating for new accommodations, both in the capital, as well as outside it. However, what is certain, is that our capacity will double in Sweden this year,” promises Forenom's Director of International Operations, Jussi Saarinen.

Forenom will open a brand new apartment hotel in Sweden’s growing business area in Flemingsberg in the autumn of 2017. To lead both Flemingsberg’s aparthotel and future hotel projects Forenom has recruited Annika Öman who possesses leading Swedish expertise. She has a background in several successful international hotel operators, and her expertise focuses on the opening of hotels. Öman has led hotel openings for Nordic Hotels, Hotel Rival, Nobis Hotel, Motel L and Apartments by Ligula.

“The demand for accommodation, which falls between the rental housing market and traditional hotel accommodation, is a common obstacle to the expansion of international companies in Sweden and other Nordic countries. Forenom is currently the largest service provider in the Nordics for precisely this need. I am extremely grateful and excited to have the opportunity to be part of Forenom’s growth in Sweden, as well as focus on new, flexible accommodation solutions,” says Annika Öman.
