After a number of emissions DNB Scandinavian Property Fund has reached its investment budget of EUR 815M. But according to the fund’s report from Q1, the proposed increase of the investment frame reaches EUR 1.36 billion. The proposal has been received well by the investors and it is now expected to be adopted during the company meeting of the fund.
 
According to the quarterly report the company’s goal is to identify new investment opportunities in Norway and Sweden. As a result of a low exposure of Sweden the majority of the focus will be on this market.
