Norway Norway Edgar Haugen’s Ragde Eiendom has purchased a package of four retail properties from NorgesGruppen.

“We have a philosophy about Trondheim and Tromsø being our main points, and there we wish to own our plants,” says Regional Manager Terje Nytrem at NorgesGruppen.
 
NorgesGruppen Eiendom Midt-Norge owns 53,1 percent each of of the four divested properties. The largest property in the package is Trekanten Kjøpsenter in Bodø. Also in the package are the smaller properties Selbutorget, Størensentret and Øyvindsentret in Sandnessiøen.
