Through the purchase Fastighets AB Stenvalvet establishes in a new municipality. The largest tenant in the property is Strängnäs Municipality, that allocates 99 percent of the property, mainly for their high school.
 
The property acquisition is one of Stenvalvet’s largest investments since the company started in 2010.
 
“Strängnäs is one of the cities in Mälardalen where we have been looking for investment possibilities for a longer period of time. We hope that the municipality sees Stenvalvet as a natural partner as long term owners and developers of facilities for education and care,” says Sara Östmark, Business Development manager at Stenvalvet.
