About 85 new apartments are planned for these locations.

“In today’s somewhat selective market it’s important to be able to make good purchases with a focus on the placement. Through the purchase of Marstrandsgata we have secured two adjacent properties,” says Salman Saeed, CEO and partner at Bonum Utvikling.

The project will be constructed with the Bonum standard “Urban Living” and is scheduled to be available for purchase during the summer of 2019.
