Akelius has an agreement to sell ten properties in Augustburg, Bonn, Erlangen, Nürnberg, Regensburg and Stuttgart in Germany 

The price, approx. €150M is 37 percent higher than the booked value at the half-year mark 

After the divestment, Akelius owns 20,300 apartments in Germany, of which 81 percent is located in Berlin and Hamburg.

“Our presence in Germany decreased from fifteen to nine cities through this divestment, while we at the same time kept 96 percent of the apartments. The concentration to larger cities increases further” says Pål Ahlsén, CEO at Akelius.
