Hemsö Acquires Three Care Properties in Finland

Finland — Swedish investor Hemsö has agreed to purchase three elderly care home properties from Elo Mutual Pension Insurance for € 33 M.

The properties are located in Espoo, Kerava and Oulu. They comprise altogether approx. 14,000 sqm of lettable space, and the premises are 100% occupied. The main tenants are Esperi Care, Metsolakodit and Aava.
