Sagax Acquires Two Properties in Finland

Swedish Sagax has acquired two industrial properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.

The acquisition comprises a 3,700 sqm property in Vantaa, and a 1,400 sqm property in Helsinki. The total transaction price was approx. MSEK 48 (€ 5.2 million).
