- Planning and building the new Faculty of Law-building is a large project for Entra and a very important city development for Oslo. The signed lease contract marks a milestone for us. By realizing this project we will contribute to maintain an active student environment in the heart of Oslo and ensure the best conditions for future students and employees, says Entra's CEO Arve Regland.

- The University of Oslo is looking forward to an integral solution for the Faculty of Law in the centre of Oslo, says Gunn-Elin Aa. Bjørneboe, Director of the University.

The new-build project will involve Entra's properties in Kristian Augusts gate 15, 19 and parts of 21 - currently approximately 15,100 sqm - which to a large extent is planned to be demolished and re-built to the new 21,000 sqm university building.

The zoning plan is at its final stages and is expected concluded by the local government and Oslo City Council this autumn. The project will commence as soon as the necessary zoning approval is granted and is expected to be finalised in 2019/2020.
