Sagax divests the only three properties the company owned in Northern Sweden, two in Borlänge and one in Gävle. The properties encompass 22,000 sqm leasable area and the purchase price is MSEK 163.5 (EUR 16.8M).

The two largest tenants are Dagab Inköp & Logistik AB accounting for 60 percent of the rental value, along with Bring Cargo Inrikes AB accounting for 18 percent.

The properties are fully leased. The rental income amounts to MSEK 13 (EUR 1.3M) annually and the average remaining lease time is 4,8 years.

The divestment entails a realized change in value for Sagax of MSEK 30 (EUR 3.1M) after tax.

NP3 finances the acquisition through a private placement where NP3 issues 3,341,622 shares at the subscription price of SEK 48.92 (EUR 5.01) (average rate the last ten days) which goes to them as payment for the properties. This makes Sagax the fourth largest owner in NP3 with an ownership of 6,15 percent.
