At the same time Sampension secured the right of first refusal of Ungbo’s six remaining properties that contains an additional 218 residentials in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg.
 
The aqcuired portfolio consist of 543 youth residentials in Copenhagen, Roskilde and Ballerup. The lettable are amounts to 23,700 sqm.
