The purchase price amounts to EUR 23.5M. The properties have a total leasable are of approximately 7,800 square meters.

Today the properties are appropriated by Region Uppsala, who will vacate two of the properties at the end of the year. The tenants in the third property have created a tenant with so-called pre-emption rights, which means that they can acquire the property at the same terms within six months. The sale also has to formally be approved by the regional executives for Region Uppsala.
