AVA Eiendomspartner has through its subsidiary Hagahogget AS signed an agreement to acquire the properties Bragernes Torg 1, Bragernes Torg 10 and Amtmand Blom gate 1.
 
The total transaction price is MNOK 248 (EUR 27M), which corresponds to a yield of 6.0 percent. The seller of the three properties is Bragernes Invest AS Drammen.
 
The three corner properties are totaling 9,239 square meters, and has very attractive locations at Bragernes Torg. The properties are almost fully let to several solid tenants including Nordea, Asplan Viak, Brakar, Cosmopolitan and Drammen Municipality.
 
In addition to the three properties AVA has also received an undeveloped plot, which is currently used for parking, adjacent to Amtmand Blom gate 1.
 
”This is an attractive portfolio, partly because the properties have a very central location on the Bragernes torg with solid tenants. The properties have been well managed by the previous owner, but we see more opportunities in the properties, while also looking at the center of Drammen and Bragernes torg as an exciting market. We have as always a long-term perspective on our investments,” says AVA Eiendomspartner’s CEO Arne Vannebo.
