Kungsleden divests the property Aspgärdan 18 in Umeå in two separate transactions. The divestments are in line with Kungsleden’s strategy to sell real estates with residential development potential.
Kungsleden has signed a 20-year lease agreement with the hotel operator Kista Hotel Apartments for an apartment hotel in the property Holar 1 in Kista, involving the entire property with a total area of 6,000 sqm.
Kungsleden will develop and renovate the old City Hall in Södertälje into a 6,000 sqm top modern office property. The property will house offices, a fitness club and a café.
