Skanska has divested three buildings at Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden, to Intea Fastigheter.
Sveafastigheter divests the Linnaeus University project in Kalmar County to a new company, created by Pareto Securities.
Sveafastigheter’s and the Third National Swedish Pension Fund’s (”AP3”) common property company Fastighets AB Regio has acquired Baronen Retail Centre in Kalmar from CBRE Global Investors. Handover was completed on 6 April 2016. Thus, Regio has completed acquisitions for a property value totalling SEK 2.7 billion (€260 M) since September 2015.
Skanska has signed a ten year lease with Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden, which results in a construction contract worth about €107 M (SEK 1 billion). In addition, Skanska has received an order for conversion and extension of additional premises on the campus with an order value of about €54 M (SEK 500 M).
