In a sale and purchase agreement with the European property fund Kildare Partners, Kungsleden is selling 18 industrial and warehouse properties in 13 municipalities at a total sales price of MSEK 882 (EUR 81M) before deduction for deferred tax.
Kungsleden divests the property Aspgärdan 18 in Umeå in two separate transactions. The divestments are in line with Kungsleden’s strategy to sell real estates with residential development potential.
Kungsleden has signed agreements for the sale of the Flogsta 22:3 property in Uppsala and the greenfield properties Tumba 7:231 and 7:237 in Botkyrka in two separate transactions.

Kungsleden has re-negotiated and signed a new five-year lease agreement with Jobman in Upplands Väsby, Stockholm. Jobman has leased all of the property’s 13,500 sqm since 2007.
Kungsleden has signed a 20-year lease agreement with the hotel operator Kista Hotel Apartments for an apartment hotel in the property Holar 1 in Kista, involving the entire property with a total area of 6,000 sqm.
Kungsleden divests the property Midgård 12 in Köping as well as the properties Handelsmannen 1 and Storsten 2 in Norrtälje. The total sales price amounts to MSEK 97 (€10,5M).
Kungsleden will develop and renovate the old City Hall in Södertälje into a 6,000 sqm top modern office property. The property will house offices, a fitness club and a café.
Kungsleden divests, in three separate deals, properties in Norrköping, Hudiksvall and Högsby. The combined property value of the three properties is MSEK 100.
Kungsleden divests its remaining share of Nordic Modular Group, corresponding to 34.5 percent of the shares in the company, to Inter IKEA Investments. The price relates to a valuation of the company at SEK 1.45 billion (€ 160 M). The transaction allows Kungsleden to free net liquidity of SEK 330 million (€ 35,73 M).
Kungsleden acquires four properties on Gärdet-Frihamnen and one in Hammarby Sjöstad, both Stockholm city districts, for SEK 3 billion. The leasable area totals 96,000 sqm. Djurgårdsstadens Fastigheter AB is the vendor.
Kungsleden acquires the office property Electra Building (Keflavik 1) in Kista, Stockholm, with a total leasable area of 25,000 sqm. The vendor is Nordika and the sales price amounts to MSEK 750 (€ 78 M).
Kungsleden acquires four properties in the growth regions Jönköping and Malmö with a total leasable area of 24,000 sqm to the price of MSEK 385 (€41M).
Kungsleden strengthens its position north of Stockholm by acquiring the property Terminalen 2. The property has a leasable area of over 15,000 sqm and the sales price is MSEK 285 (€30M). The vendor is Humlegården.
Kungsleden, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, purchases in Stockholm and Gothenburg and divests in smaller cities in Mid and Southern Sweden.
