Umoe Divests 60,000 sqm Plot

Norway — The plot is located in Røyken and the buyer has agreed to a conditional contract for the acquisition of yet another 100,000 square meters.<br />

The buyers of the plot are NRE together with Rast AS.

“This is an exciting project with a good location in Jakslandsårsen. The whole area will mainly be developed to a urban settlement with low buildings. The first step is the development of 20 apartments,” says Allan Sønderbæk, Administrative Director at NRE.

The infrastructure work is scheduled to begin in February 2018.
