Ankarhagen Acquires from Kildare

Sweden — Ankarhagen acquires the property Karlstad Östanvinden 4 from the European real estate fund Kildare Partners. Kildare acquired the property as late as this summer as a part of a bigger portfolio from Kungsleden.

Karlstad Östanvinden 4 has a lettable area of approximately 18 500 sqm and 79 000 sqm of land. The property is located on “Örsholmen industriområde” and is 95 present lett.

"We’ve had an intense first quarter at Ankarhagen with both acquisitions and exits and we’re very happy to get to add Östanvinden 4 to our portfolio. We will now continue our work with finding new additions in the bigger cities between Stockholm and Oslo," says Markus Sjövall CEO at Ankarhagen.
