Norway Norway Wahl Eiendom has purchased the Karl Johans gate 17 property.

The property, built in the 19th century, has been owned by descendants of Johann Friedrich Carl Møllhausen since Møllhausen bakery started 160 years ago.
 
Today Karl Johans gate 17 houses among others The Scotsman pub and restaurant. The property encompasses 2,600 sqm split among six floors.
