Hoffmann to Build New Office for KLP

Denmark — Hoffmann builds a new office building for KLP Ejendomme at Kay Fiskers Plads in Copenhagen with a vision to create the framework for "future office environment" in Ørestad City. The project sum amounts to approximately DKK 1 billion.

It is a total project of 50,000 sqm of office space with associated 15,000 sqm of underground car park and is at the same time Hoffmann's largest single project to date.

The project has been developed over the past two and a half years in an early collaboration between the project's other involved parties Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects in collaboration with Rambøll and 1:1 landscape.
