Serafim Expands Investment Portfolio
Sweden — Serafim is expanding its investment portfolio and acquires Guldfisken 1 in Sollentuna. The office property is now fully let and the objective is to increase the long-term property value through active management.
"It is very positive that we can continue our transaction intensity and acquire the property in Sollentuna which is located in a very attractive micro location where in the municipality's overview plan it is planned for densification of housing and businesses. With further acquisitions, we are strengthening the company's cash flow and, with active management, can increase the long-term value for both Serafim Real Estate and our tenants," says Rickard Jacobsson, CEO of Serafim Fastigheter.
