The dispute has concerned a store in Rosengård, Malmö, where the tenant and the property owner have not agreed on what was required to develop the store to create better profitability.

Bergendahl's discontinued operations and in the spring of 2019 left the premises, which has now been taken over by another player.

The parties are now in agreement on a settlement that means that all differences in the matter are closed.

"It is never fun with disputes and especially not those who pull out on time. Above all, they take time and focus from things that had been more important to engage in. We are pleased to have reached a settlement and that we can now put this behind us, ”says Olof Andersson, CEO of Trianon and Peter Lund, CEO of Bergendahls Food.
