Thomas Malmberg has been recruited as Senior Retail Advisor to meet demand within the segment. He has over 14 years of experience from retail where he previously worked as Shopping Center Director for Ikea South East Asia and Regional Shopping Center Director for Ikea Centers Russia.

Fredrik Laigar will take over as Head of Client Accounting on April 15. He has 16 years of experience in property accounting and most recently comes from Väsbyhem and the role of CFO. He has also worked at Familjebostäder and Newsec.

On May 4, Sefkan Benz Halbori will take over as property manager. He has over ten years of experience from housing management and most recently comes from Balder where he worked as business area manager. He also has experience from Willhem and the Tenants Association.
