Sweden — The Board of Directors of Catena has appointed Jörgen Eriksson as the company’s new CEO. He will step into his new role on 1 November, succeeding Benny Thögersen who announced on 21 September that he will be leaving Catena.

Sweden — After a number of intensive years at Catena, of which the past three as President and CEO, Benny Thögersen has informed the Board of Directors of Catena that he has decided to leave the company.

Denmark — The acquisitions are being conducted as a corporate transaction at a total underlying property value of SEK 235 million following the deduction of deferred taxes.

Sweden — Catena appoints Sofie Bennsten as Deputy CEO and CFO. She will succeed the current Deputy CEO and CFO, Peter Andersson, who has expressed his desire to reduce his current involvement following many successful years in this position.
