The deal concerns a residential block containing 232 newly produced rental apartments located in the new Vega district, attractively located close to nature, the city and the archipelago. The apartments are in sizes 1-4 rooms and kitchen. In addition to the homes, 83 parking spaces are also included. The total lettable area in the project is 9,558 square meters. The project has a high sustainability profile with sedum roofs, solar cells on the roofs and geothermal heating. The buildings are environmentally certified and in addition to a sustainable operating economy, there are good communication links in the area.

Willhem already owns 292 homes in Vega today and together with the new acquisition, a management unit of 524 apartments is created in the same block. The seller is a fund managed by Slättö.

"We are very happy that we can now further advance the positions in the Stockholm area. This deal is completely in line with our strategic direction to continue expanding operations in Stockholm in the coming years," comments Willhem's CEO Mariette Hilmersson.

In Stockholm, Willhem already owns and manages 3,942 rental properties with a property value of SEK 9,550 million.
