“The assignment will be carried out on a turnkey basis according to which we will carry out project engineering in partnering form. This means that we will engage in open and close dialog with our client regarding program and system documentation and adhere to a process that will ensure a sustainable delivery all the way to the end customer,” says Henrik Landelius, Head of NCC Building in Sweden.

The project will be carried out in two phases and comprises 152 apartments in a city block structure. The apartments will range from studio to four-bedroom apartments and be between 38 and 114 square meters in size.

An outdoor gym, running track and bicycle repair garage will be built in the courtyard. The top floor will feature a roof terrace, while a garage with space for about 90 cars will be constructed under the building.

Construction is scheduled to commence in August and the new apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in late 2019. The total estimated order value is EUR 26 M, with about EUR 17 M of the transaction to be registered in order received in the third quarter of 2017 when granted a building permit and the remaining EUR 9M in the second quarter of 2018 in the Building business area.
