The retail property, which Grosvenor Europe has owned since 2011, is fully lett to Ica Maxi, Apoteket Hjärtat and Systembolaget.

"We have invested in Sweden on behalf of our global clients since 2006 and we keep actively looking for opportunities of long-term return. This acquisition fulfills all our demands due to its long leasing contracts with Ica Maxi. The addition of Systembolaget as a tenant further strenghtens this. We are happy that we are able to make this investment for one of our British investors," says Rob Johnston, Senior Director, Transactions at Invesco Real Estate.

"We view the Swedish real estate market in a positive light and hope to be able to complete more acquisitions together with Invesco Real Estate during 2018," says Joen Siggelin, Scius Partners.

Linklaters and PWC has been advisors to Invesco Real Estate. Cushman & Wakefield and Cederquist has been advisors to Grosvenor Europe.
