Shopping Center About to Switch Owner

Norway — An Arctic Securities syndicate is looking to acquire a shopping center in Åsane from Scala.

Earlier this year Scala Retail Property and Salto Eiendom merged and became Scala Eiendom. The new company manages 20 shoppinf center but are about to sell one to a syndicate formed by Arctic Securities.

"I can not comment on that," Scala Eiendom CEO Hans Jørgen Mørland tells Estate Nyheter.
