Cibus has today signed and completed the acquisition of an asset let to Tokmanni in Kemi (3,500 sqm) as well as the acquisition of one asset let to Lidl (2,200 sqm) and one to Halpa-Halli (5,300 sqm), both located in Saarijärvi, near Jyväskylä. The sellers were separate private developers and the combined total acquisition cost was EUR 16.5 million.
