Bonava Divests Copenhagen Project
Denmark Bonava is selling a rental project in the Køge Kyst district outside Copenhagen, Denmark. The purchaser is the PFA Ejendomme A/S pension fund, and the transaction covers two projects with a total of 137 rental apartments. The projects are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in the second respectively the fourth quarter 2020.
"The development of high-quality, affordable rental units in all our markets is important to realising our vision of creating homes and happy neighbourhoods where people have the highest quality of life. This sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Denmark," says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.
The area in which the rental project is located has good transport links to the Copenhagen city centre with its commercial offerings and large labour market. The apartments are situated near public transportation, stores and recreational spaces.
