Bonava Divests Copenhagen Project

Denmark Denmark Bonava is selling a rental project in the K√łge Kyst district outside Copenhagen, Denmark. The purchaser is the PFA Ejendomme A/S pension fund, and the transaction covers two projects with a total of 137 rental apartments. The projects are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in the second respectively the fourth quarter 2020.

This sale and the project are aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Denmark," says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava. 

The area in which the rental project is located has good transport links to the Copenhagen city centre with its commercial offerings and large labour market. The apartments are situated near public transportation, stores and recreational spaces.
