Willhem acquires 176 apartments, which will be built in Täby Park. The agreed property value is MSEK 473 (EUR 46M). The total rentable area of ​​the project is 9,742 square meters. In addition to the housing, there are also premises that are planned for retail and a preschool and about 70 garage and parking spaces. 

Construction will start in 2019 and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2020/2021 with planned occupancy from Q4 2020. Willhem will take over the project and management after the housing has been completed.

"Buying turnkey projects in well-thought-out residential areas has long been interesting for us. This acquisition, together with our latest acquisition in Sundbyberg, means that we are now moving further into the Stockholm area," says Willhem's CEO Mikael Granath.
