The property by Valhallavägen between Skeppargatan and Artillerigatan was erected in the 1920’s for the Patent and Registration Office and encompasses 16,000 sqm office buildings, distributed on a main building of 13,200 sqm and two annexes of 1,400 sqm each.

The Patent and Trademark Office is the only tenant and disposes the entire main building. The annexes are vacant.

Oscar Properties plans to in a first stage convert the vacant parts of the property to housing when a zoning change enters into force.

“The Patent and Trademark Office buildings have good conditions to become attractive housing in the best location” says Oscar Properties’ CEO Oscar Engelbert.
