Catalyst Capital Makes First Swedish Purchase

Sweden — British Catalyst Capital has, through the operating partner NCAP, made the first purchase in Sweden with the acquisition of shopping centre Centrum Syd in Löddeköping from Barings.

Centrum Syd is 40,000 sqm and accommodates tenants like ICA Maxi, Systembolaget, H & M and Stadium.

Cushman & Wakefield and Mannheimer Swartling have been the sellers advisors.

EY Law and WSP have been advisors to the buyer.
