CBRE GI Rents Out 3,500 sqm in Gallerian Nian

Sweden Sweden CBRE Global Investors (CBRE GI) has signed a lease agreement for 3,500 square meters of office in Gallerian Nian with ALMI, KPMG, Clockwork Rekrytering & Bemanning and the Swedish ESF Council.

The property has a total of 3,800 square meters of office space, on the two top levels. The offices in Gallerian Nian are thus fully leased. The Swedish ESF Council will rent 2,300 square meters, corresponding to a full floor , where 440 square meters of public areas have been converted into rentable space. They manage the European Social Fund and have recently been relocated from Stockholm to Gävle. The adjustment has been completed and the tenants have moved in continuously during the period between October to January.
