“We look forward with great pleasure to our new collaboration with Heba, in which together we will develop safe, sustainable residencies,” says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO

The Norrtälje Hamn project in Norrtälje relates to one district in a new neighbourhood where the municipality is developing an old harbour and industrial area for new residential area at Norrtäljeviken's waterside and directly adjacent to the old city centre. The project consists of 80 residential care units and four short-term residential units that will be rented by Attendo, and 83 rental accommodation units. The building will be certified with the Swedish Building Council’s Silver Certificate and completion is expected to be in early 2022.

The Täljöviken project in Åkersberga comprises a residential care home of 60 care units that will be rented by Ambea and a preschool that will be rented by Tellus. The Täljöviken project, which is located in an area close to the countryside and water, is one of the projects included in Magnolia Bostad's acquisition of Svenska Vårdfastigheter in 2017. Completion is expected to be during spring 2021. The sale of the Täljöviken project is conditional on a right of access registration.

Magnolia Bostad will run the projects until all parts are ready for occupancy.
