Today, Velliv has approx. DKK 240 billion under management. Of this, property investments amount to approx. DKK 16 billion. It is expected that real estate investments will grow further in Velliv's investment portfolio over a number of years.

Solveig Rannje is appointed from a position as Partner and Head of Real Estate at Thylander Gruppen. Previously, Solveig Rannje has been property manager at SEB Pension, and she has been employed by PFA Ejendomme as deputy director and as CEO of FS Ejendomsselskab A/S.

Rannje is a certified state-owned real estate agent and cand.jur. from the University of Copenhagen and disputes a number of trust professions, including as a board member of Real Estate Denmark.
