Telia Pension Foundation has completed the sale of Quartetto Harmonia, an office asset located in Espoo Finland, to Special Investment Fund Evli Rental Yield (AIF) managed by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd. Quartetto Harmonia is an office building offering approximately 5,000 sq m of lettable area close to Sello shopping centre and Leppävaara railway station. The asset is fully let to Vahanen Group and it is completed in 2010.

JLL advised Telia Pension Foundation on the transaction. Legal advisor for the seller was Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd and for the buyer PwC.
