EQ Care Buys Care and Office Property from NREP for EUR 47 Million

Finland — Special investment fund EQ Care has bought a 12,000 sqm care and office property in the Western Pasila district in Helsinki. The "Rubik" property was sold by NREP for approx. EUR 47 million.

The property was completed in 1980's and NREP has recently conducted a redevelopment project in the property. Rubik is over 90 percent occupied and the main tenant is currently HUS Helsinki University Hospital that moved a few departments of its Eye and Ear Hospital in the property earlier this year.

Other tenants include for example Felm (Suomen Lähetysseura), Fysios, Touhula, Soupster Family and Delivery Hero. Nordanö acted as advisor to the seller.
