Finnish Retailer Kesko Sells Retail Property in Oulu

Finland — Kruunuvuoren Satama, which is a subsidiary of Kesko Group, has divested a retail property located in Karjasilta in Oulu. The anchor tenants of the property include Budget Sport and Intersport.

Catella acted as an exclusive advisor to Kruunuvuoren Satama Oy in the sale of a retail property located in Karjasilta retail area in Oulu. The lettable area of the property is approximately 11,800 square metres.

The property was built in 1998 for the use of Kodin 1. Nowadays Budget Sport and Intersport are the anchor tenants in the property. Other tenants in the property include as among others Maskun Kalustetalo and Veken Kaluste.

Catella acted as Kesko Group’s subsidiary Kruunuvuoren Satama Oy’s advisor in the sale process.
