OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund bought the newly constructed Lapti Group headquarter office property located in Oulu, Limingantulli area, from a group of private investors. The property was completed in December 2019 and the total leasable is ca 6.800 sqm. Lapti Group has signed a long-term lease agreement to the modern and flexible office building.
