Niam Acquires Office Property in Copenhagen

Denmark — Niam has signed an agreement to acquire a property located in the North Harbor area of Copenhagen. The office property, comprising approximately 8,600 sqm, has been acquired from the Confederation of Danish Industry who has outgrown the property and moved to larger premises.

The property was constructed at very high standards and specifications in 2000/2004.
