The deal includes six rental projects developed by Riksbyggen. Three of the projects are completed with planned access during Q1 2020 and Q3 2020. The other three projects are under construction and are expected to be completed during 2021 and 2022.

The properties have attractive A-locations in Upplands Väsby, Täby, Järfälla, Nyköping and Haninge and are well located in relation to Willhem's other property portfolio in Stockholm. The apartments are in the sizes 1-4 rooms and kitchens and the total area of ​​the project is 44 109 square meters.
