This is already the third acquisition of a property for the QSREE fund in Denmark and the second in Copenhagen. The property‘s main building was constructed in 1951 and extended with an annex in 1990. It is located on an 11,923 m² site and has a rental area of around 9,300 m² spread over four floors. It also provides a basement and 74 parking spaces.

The property is located in an up-and-coming residential area close to the city centre in the north-eastern part of the island of Amager. Copenhagen‘s city centre can be reached by public transport in only seven minutes thanks to excellent transport links. The Amager Strandpark recreation area is also located near the property.

Michael Denk, Managing Director of Quadoro Investment GmbH, commented on the acquisition:

“The general conditions for property investments in Denmark are very good. In order to increase the sustainability of the property, various redevelopment measures will be carried out shortly“.
