The total ground area is 39,000 square metres, and the vision is to create a new district with commercial buildings and residential properties. The plan is to renovate the protected building from 1912 located at Tietgensgade. 

During a design period of 1 to 1.5 years, Aarsleff is to provide contracting expertise. Building plans and budgets will be made more specific, and official approvals will be prepared. The parties intend to work towards an actual construction contract in a subsequent phase.
