The property comprises some 3,200 sqm of leasable space and it is located in the Metsälä district. The transaction price amounted to some EUR 3 million.

The property was part of the Pegasos portfolio, owned by Varma and managed by Catella Asset Management who also acted as advisor to Varma in the transaction.
