"Gustav has been a part of Svefa for over eleven years, of which for the past seven years as Deputy CEO and six years as responsible for Svefa's transaction advisory and contributed profusely in developing the entire company and Svefa's transaction advisory services to what we are today," says Mikael Lundström, President and CEO.

"Svefa stands for long-term perspective and quality in its advice and I am extremely happy to have been part of such a team. Now is the time for new challenges, which I will be communicating and taking on after the summer. Until then, together with Mikael, I will focus on handing over my duties in the best way," says Gustav Källén.

Mikael Lundström takes over the overall responsibility for Svefa's transaction advice. Transactions as a business area have a strong market position, an established team and an operational management that is intact. Felix Ridderström and Niklas Tranäng, as business managers, will continue to lead the business area's daily operations just as before. The role of vice president becomes vacant until further notice.
