An agreement has been signed on the acquisition of the properties Hälsingör 2, Beckasinen 11 and Korpen 42 in Malmö and Arlöv 22: 189 in Arlöv comprising 19,700 square meters distributed on 211 apartments with associated commercial premises.

The acquired properties in Malmö are centrally located just like the property in Arlöv. Arlöv is located northeast of Malmö and belongs to the municipality of Burlöv. Access to the properties is planned for September 1, 2020. The seller is Svensk Handel Pensionskassan and the agreed property value amounts to SEK 400 million, which corresponds to a value of approximately SEK 20,300 per square meter.

The acquisitions are intended to be financed through the raising of new loans and through a directed bond issue to the Swedish Trade Pension Fund of SEK 50 million within the framework of Trianon's sustainable hybrid bond.

“The deal is fully in line with Trianon's strategy to acquire residential real estate with great development potential in Malmö and its environs. We see good opportunities for value-creating investments in the stock,” says Olof Andersson, CEO of Trianon.
