Jatke Develops Logistics and Residential Properties for OP Fund

Finland — Special investment fund OP-Rental Yield, managed by OP Group, has signed agreements with construction company Jatke on the development of logistics and residential properties in Tuusula and Tampere.

In the Kulomäki area in Tuusula, Jatke develops a 17,000 sqm extension for the logistics centre of Logitrri Oy.

The construction of the property starts in summer 2020 and it is due for completion in summer 2021. The value of the agreement amounts to approx. €20 million. In Tampere, Jatke develops a residential property in the Tammela district.

The property comprises 101 rental apartments and two retail premises. The property is due for completion in April 2022, and the value of the agreement amounts to approx. EUR 19 million.
