Bonava Sells 75 Rental Apartments in Turku

Bonava is selling a rental project in Turku to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund V. The transaction encompasses 75 rental apartments in the new Kirstinpuisto residential area in Turku. The project is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2021.
