Paul Spina will be responsible for the development and execution of Heimstaden's asset management plans in all countries and starts November 1, 2020. He comes from 5 years at WeWork, where he most recently held the position of Head of Project Delivery for Europe, The Middle East and Africa (EMEA), overseeing the development, delivery and execution of all projects within WeWork's EMEA portfolio.

Stan Kubacek has started as Senior Managing Director and will from Heimstaden’s office in Prague, be responsible for Heimstaden’s investment strategy in Central and Eastern Europe and Germany. Stan Kubacek comes from the position of Managing Director at Round Hill Capital where he was responsible for residential investments in Europe.

Heimstaden Group has investment teams in 6 countries and will be headquartered in new offices in Copenhagen in November 2020. Heimstaden Denmark will continue the Danish operations from today’s location.
